Poseidon Premium Water Filtration The Poseidon is a natural way to remove iron, rust coloring, metallic tastes, and foul odors from your water supply. This is an environmentally friendly system that does not use chemicals or replacement filters. Water passes through a compressed air pocket where iron is oxidized naturally and removed by the filter media. It is then backwashed down the drain giving you clean, iron-free water.

Poseidon Features Clack Control Valve: This valve is high quality and reliable, comes fully programmed, and ready for installation. Automatic, high efficiency, reduces waste water by 30%, and with a battery back up won’t lose programming, all the features you need.

• Level 1: Compressed Air Pocket As the water passes through the air pocket, iron and sulfur are oxidized and dissolved oxygen is added to ther water. The filter media bed then removes iron and sulfur from the water.
• Level 2: Katalox Light A light weight media that removes iron, lead, manganese, arsenic, hydrogen sulfide, and heavy metals. Also filters out particles as small as 3 microns and saves on backwash water.
• Level 3: High Density Garnet Media High hardness, high density filter media, effectively filters and provides a high quality media bed for this system.
